At HHO we affirm neurodiverse and differently abled theology and ways of expressing spirituality.

We try to make our space as accessible as possible, so that everyone gets to have a shared experience of community in our life together.

We will try our best to create support structures for you to fully embrace community with us.

Many of our members and leaders live with disability, chronic pain and mental health conditions as well as social difference and neurodiversity.

Vocations conversations (exploring your call to ministry and community life) are availabe with Rev'd Jamee, as well as pastoral care with all the clergy on the pastoral team: Pastoral and Spiritual Care.

We all bring something to the Body of Christ, which is a disabled body.

Through Jesus' crucifixion we encounter a disabled, wounded and pain-filled God, who chose to live and die and rise to new life, all to be with us, transform and save us.

We are called to embrace the life in abundance that God offers, which includes all expressions of the human condition.

We are also called to be together as a community.

One body, many members!
Romans 12.4-8 NRSV

"For as in one body we have many members, and not all the members have the same function, so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually we are members one of another. We have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us: prophecy, in proportion to faith; ministry, in ministering; the teacher, in teaching; the exhorter, in exhortation; the giver, in generosity; the leader, in diligence; the compassionate, in cheerfulness."
