Contemplative prayer with David the Dendrite

A service of contemplative prayers inspired by Holy Hermit David the Dendrite.

These are some of the themes which the Contemplative service prep team will explore as we form the service:

• Creation mysticism
• Family trees 
• Balance – time set aside for alone with God/contemplation - times of speaking up
• Movement “Making space in a place for time with God.”
• Seasons, weathering all seasons, seasons of ministry
• Sustained by what is present "Almond tree" 
• Defending creation and the poor
