Learnings from inhabiting the online ministry space, are being offered to those who would like to explore digital mission using the vehicle of technology, through our Digital Mission Program.

Offering community built resources for a cohort to guide themselves through reflection and planning, this course seeks to equip and inspire.

The course is experiential, not academic, and provides space for the group to work toward an emergent ministry being formed by the living of the course.

We do not hope to replicate HHO through this, but provide some shortcuts and frameworks for something new and unique to grow.

What's included?

  • Facilitators guide with overview, tools and leadership practices
  • Week by week plan for facilitated time together (recommended 90mins a week)
  • 12 “Ever-ready” content modules (accessed by participants outside of sessions)
  • Framework for reflection (weekly activity for participants to interact via a forum)
  • Suggested coaching techniques (coaching circles recommended 60mins a week)

From October 2025 - October 2026 the course is in pilot with The Episcopal Diocese of Texas.

After November 2026 registration will be open to other diocese, organisations and community groups, as well as individuals who may wish to access the content.

Upon registration for the course, the organisation or group will be provided with a password to view the content through these pages.

Note: The password is for facilitators and cohort members only. Please do not sare the password with any other groups or people.

2 Streams are available:

  1. A cohort appoints their own faciliator using our resources so that they can complete the course independant of HHO.
  2. A group/organisation employs HHO to offer full facilitation. This would mean that we manage the communications, forum and Zoom sessions as well as provide coaching support to each cohort member.

The fee to access the content and make use of the material is on a case-by-case basis, to be discerned in conversation with the HHO leadership team, depending on the size of the group and the stream of use.

Please email holyhermits@anglicanchurchsq.org.au to inquire about registration after November 2026.
